Are you a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive or experienced Marketing Assistant with at least 12 months’ hands-on marketing experience?

We are recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join an established international engineering and technology business based near Stamford.
Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Lead, you will support marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, digital content, communications and branding activity across the EMEA region.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years’ marketing experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility within an international B2B environment.

The Marketing Coordinator Role
You will support the planning and delivery of a broad range of marketing activity, working closely with sales teams, product groups, internal stakeholders and a global marketing function.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and delivering regional marketing campaigns
- Supporting exhibitions, conferences, customer events, advertising and sponsorships
- Working with internal teams to understand and deliver marketing requirements
- Supporting the planning and delivery of industry exhibitions and customer events
- Coordinating post-event business development follow-up
- Proofreading and editing marketing materials, presentations, technical papers and abstracts
- Supporting conference and industry submissions
- Coordinating brochures, case studies, presentations, signage and merchandise
- Supporting social media and digital marketing activity
- Ensuring all content follows corporate brand guidelines
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Supporting internal communications and employee engagement activity
- Tracking and reporting on regional marketing initiatives
- Managing digital signage content
- Providing administrative and logistical support across marketing projects
- Supporting customer and vendor pre-qualification activity during peak periods and holidays
What We’re Looking For
You will need a minimum of one year’s practical marketing experience gained within a professional environment.
We would particularly like to hear from candidates currently working as a:
- Marketing Coordinator
- Marketing Executive
- Marketing Assistant
- Digital Marketing Coordinator
- Communications Coordinator
- Events Coordinator
- Junior Marketing Executive

You should be able to demonstrate:
- At least 12 months’ hands-on marketing experience
- Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written communication, editing and proofreading skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confidence working with different internal stakeholders
- A proactive and tenacious approach
- The ability to chase actions and keep projects progressing
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- An interest in learning technical products and concepts
Experience with HubSpot, social media marketing, digital marketing or event coordination would be advantageous.
Attention to detail is critical in this role.
You will need to be organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your workload.
