Role Description
The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Milton Keynes. The individual in this role will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Crown Business Finance’s products and services, working closely with the sales team to support lead generation and client engagement.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Conducting market research
- Developing marketing plans
- Creating and managing content across digital and traditional channels
- Monitoring campaign performance
The Marketing Executive will assist in organizing events and promotions, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying opportunities to enhance visibility in the finance market. The role also involves regular communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong marketing skills, including Marketing and Market Planning, with experience in campaign development and execution.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Effective Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder coordination, and client-facing activities.
- Sales awareness and collaboration skills to support lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Milton Keynes, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in financial services or B2B marketing is an advantage.
