Who we are
Physique is a market leader in sports healthcare, with a long history of supplying medical teams for some of the country's top sports teams and governing bodies, including England Hockey, England Netball, and British Judo. Alongside these high-level partnerships, we're growing our ability to reach smaller teams, athletes, sports enthusiasts, and anyone looking for therapy solutions to everyday physical ailments. We're based in Havant, with purpose-built warehousing and offices, and a team who believe customer service and satisfaction are key to our success. We're now looking to add a Marketing Executive to bring new practical skills to the team.
Role Description
We're looking for an e-commerce (Amazon) and SEO executive to join our marketing team and help us continue to scale our Amazon presence. You'll ideally have experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon experience preferred), enjoy analysing data and managing listings, and be quick to pick up new tools and processes.
The role is primarily focused on Amazon, with some experience of (or interest in) on-site SEO also welcome. As a smaller part of the role, you'll spend up to a day a week supporting the wider marketing team with content ideas, writing, and updates, plus occasional technical SEO tasks.
Responsibilities
Amazon (80% of role)
• Managing day-to-day Amazon activities: listing management, account health monitoring, support cases, and competitor tracking
• Working with the marketing team to enhance images, content, and A+ pages
• Monitoring stock levels with operations and supply chain to prevent products going out of stock
• Improving internal processes, listing quality, and overall marketplace performance
• Tracking competitor activity and supporting pricing or promotional decisions
• Setting up and reporting on price promotions, discounts, and vouchers, including Prime Days
• Assisting with Amazon PPC campaigns, learning to structure, optimise, and scale ads
• Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Executive with quarterly and yearly Amazon campaign planning
• Using Seller Central and Helium 10 data to suggest listing improvements across SEO, images, and video for owned and partner brands

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
