Marketing Executive
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Salary: Up to £32,000

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business based in Burton-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a successful business and play a key role in supporting its ongoing marketing activity and growth.
Working across a varied marketing function, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a range of campaigns and activities, working closely with internal teams to promote the business, strengthen its brand and engage with customers.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Previous experience working in a Marketing Executive or similar marketing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and deadlines
- Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media

Desirable:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, technical or B2B environment
- Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms
- Knowledge of content creation and marketing analytics
- Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar design software
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the development and delivery of the company's overall marketing strategy
- Writing and proofreading engaging, high-quality copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, marketing materials and other communications
- Creating engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns and other marketing channels
- Managing and maintaining website content
- Planning and scheduling social media activity
- Supporting the delivery of email marketing campaigns
- Creating marketing materials, brochures, presentations and other promotional content
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and monitoring their performance
- Supporting exhibitions, events and promotional activities
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business objectives
- Managing marketing databases and keeping customer information up to date
- Monitoring marketing performance and producing reports and insights
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and identifying new marketing opportunities

Requirements
As a Marketing Executive, you will need to be creative, organised and commercially minded, with previous experience in a marketing role and the ability to manage a varied workload in a busy environment. You will be confident communicating with colleagues and external stakeholders, have excellent copywriting skills, strong attention to detail and be comfortable taking ownership of marketing activity from planning through to delivery.
