Are you looking for your next step in your marketing career?

Whether you're completing your first marketing role or looking for more responsibility in the next step in your career, this is the perfect opportunity.

Unlike many marketing roles that focus on just one area, this is a true generalist marketing position. You'll gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, website management, email marketing, events, reporting, and more. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build a well-rounded marketing skillset that will set you up for long-term career success.

Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with our wider Sales & Marketing team, you'll play an important role in helping grow our brand, engage our audiences, and support business growth.

What You'll Get Involved In

  • Support a real mix of marketing activity, from creating social media content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, responding to comments and messages, and spotting new ways to grow engagement.
  • Get involved in writing blogs, articles, case studies, and other content, working with colleagues across the business to gather ideas, insights, and stories that help bring our brand to life.
  • Help keep our website fresh and engaging by updating content, supporting SEO and landing pages.
  • Support email campaigns, events, reporting, and wider marketing projects - sharing ideas, learning as you go, and getting involved in work that makes a real difference to the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
