We are a stunning boutique estate featuring a premium wedding venue, with a highly acclaimed on-site restaurant and state-of-the-art conference facilities. We are looking for a creative storyteller to help us grow all three areas of our business. Along with our award-winning restaurant at our sister branch in Bristol.
The Role
As our Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the management and sales teams to drive bookings and footfall. You will be the creative voice behind our brand, managing day-to-day digital marketing, social media, and on-site content creation for our restaurant diners, wedding couples, and corporate clients. You will need to have experience in the following:
- Market research for all avenues
- Strategy development
- Campaign execution
- Performance and tracking
- Cross department collaboration
- Content creation to deliver campaigns
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: Create engaging content (social media and print) showcasing our menus, wedding setups, and corporate spaces.
- Restaurant B2C Promotion: Promote seasonal menus, special dining events, and mid-week offers to boost table covers.
- Event Enquiries (Weddings & Conferences): Run targeted email campaigns and update digital brochures to generate high-quality venue leads.
- Website & SEO: Keep our website updated with fresh content, blogs, and current menus while optimizing for local search terms. Collaborating with our preferred SEO providers.
- Review & Reputation Management: Monitor and reply to guest reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, and website testimonials to maintain high brand standards.
- Local PR & Collaboration: Build relationships with local influencers, wedding suppliers, and corporate event planners.

What We Are Looking For
- Full-time position working 40hrs per week, this may include weekend work to meet the needs of the business.
- Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
- Experience: 4-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or events.
- Content Skills: Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality video and photos on various software.
- Tools: Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
- Copywriting: Excellent written English with a sharp eye for detail and grammar.
- Organization: Ability to balance tasks across three different business units without losing momentum.
