What We’re Looking For
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing colleagues to help generate new opportunities and support our wider growth plans.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and keen to get involved across a range of marketing activities. You’ll be comfortable researching prospects and new opportunities, building targeted campaign lists and keeping CRM and marketing data accurate and up to date.
You enjoy creating engaging marketing and sales materials, whether that’s presentations, case studies, email campaigns or digital content, and you can work closely with sales colleagues to help turn interest into meaningful opportunities.
You’ll be someone who takes an interest in what’s working and where we could do things better, keeping an eye on campaign activity, lead progress and data quality. Most importantly, you’ll understand the importance of representing our brand and creating a professional experience for our clients and prospects.
About You
We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
You’ll be detail focused and comfortable working with data, while also enjoying the creative side of marketing and producing clear, professional content. You’ll be confident managing different tasks and deadlines, working collaboratively with others and supporting a busy team.

Previous experience in a marketing assistant, marketing executive, sales support or lead generation role would be an advantage. You’ll also be comfortable working alongside sales colleagues, with an understanding of how marketing can support wider commercial goals. A proactive approach is important, whether that’s taking ownership of your work, spotting opportunities for improvement or bringing new ideas to the team.
Experience using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Microsoft Office or reporting tools would be helpful, as would an interest in B2B marketing or professional services.
