The Role
We're looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join the Growth Marketing team at Verdantix. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, helping bring our marketing strategy to life through integrated campaigns, digital channels, webinars and events. Working closely with experienced marketers, you'll turn marketing priorities into engaging campaigns that build our brand, generate demand and strengthen Verdantix's position as a trusted intelligence provider.
Salary opportunity is £30,000-£32,000 plus a competitive quarterly bonus scheme.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our office during your probationary period.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and build awareness across multiple markets.
- Create compelling content including emails, landing pages, social posts and newsletters.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of webinars, from planning and promotion through to production and follow-up.
- Support with campaign delivery for Verdantix’s in-person events.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality and pipeline conversion.
- Help grow the Verdantix brand through social media and thought leadership.
- Look for ways to improve marketing processes, automation and the use of AI.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or English
- Relevant work experience, ideally in a B2B, professional services, or SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences and channels.
- Confidence building relationships and collaborating with colleagues across marketing, sales and product teams.
- A solid understanding of marketing campaign execution and the end-to-end marketing process, with an eagerness to develop strategic judgement over time.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- An analytical mindset, with confidence using data and reporting to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A proactive approach, taking ownership of your work and looking for ways to improve how things are done coupled with a curious, adaptable and a collaborative mindset.
