Build Your Marketing Career with One of the North West's Leading Law Firms
For over 50 years, Farleys Solicitors has been a trusted legal adviser to businesses and individuals across the North West. With a strong regional reputation, long-standing client relationships and an approachable, people-first culture, we're proud to be one of Lancashire's most recognised legal brands.
As part of the Lawfront Group, one of the UK's fastest-growing legal services groups, we combine the strength of a respected local firm with the opportunities that come from being part of a larger national organisation. This means greater investment, collaboration, innovation and career development opportunities, whilst retaining the culture and values that make Farleys such a great place to work.
We're now looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing & Business Development team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
