Viper Innovations is a King’s Award-winning engineering technology company partnered with The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). We deliver advanced monitoring and asset integrity solutions that protect mission-critical electrical systems in subsea energy, rail, and industrial sectors worldwide.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team and help bring Viper's expertise, innovation, and customer success stories to life.

As part of a close-knit marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to work across the full marketing mix, from content creation and digital campaigns to events, website management, and marketing technology.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and developing Viper's digital presence, while supporting content creation, campaigns, events, and marketing technology across the business.

You'll also support internal communications and colleague engagement activities, working with teams across the business to create effective communications and branded materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer looking to broaden their experience while taking ownership of key digital marketing activities, including website content, landing pages, SEO support, and digital customer journeys.

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Manage day-to-day website updates, including content changes, page creation, and optimization
  • Create and maintain landing pages to support campaigns and lead generation
  • Support SEO activity through content optimization and website improvements
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement using analytics tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, customer journeys, and conversion performance
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to continuously enhance the website

Content & Brand Storytelling

  • Create engaging content that communicates Viper's expertise, customer challenges, and solutions
  • Develop case studies, customer stories, articles, and digital content
  • Help translate complex technical information into compelling customer-focused messaging
  • Support social media activity and brand consistency

Campaigns & Events

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Coordinate campaign assets, schedules, and approvals
  • Support exhibitions, conferences, and customer events
  • Work with colleagues across the business to identify content and campaign opportunities

Marketing Operations & MarTech

  • Support CRM, marketing automation, and campaign activity
  • Help manage marketing systems, data, and workflows to support effective campaign delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Help manage marketing assets, systems, and activity tracking

Internal Communications & Colleague Engagement

  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Create branded communications, assets, and materials for internal stakeholders, including HR and leadership teams

What We Are Looking For:

We're particularly interested in people who have:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role
  • Experience managing website content through a CMS, with a genuine interest in website performance, user experience, SEO, and digital optimization
  • A passion for digital marketing and marketing technology, with a curiosity for how systems, platforms, and data can be connected to create a more efficient and effective marketing engine
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, and events
  • Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, CMS, and analytics platforms (e.g., Monday.com, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, Matomo, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business to create engaging communications and marketing materials
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
