Job Overview

Childerstone is seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across the business, with exposure to both core Childerstone marketing and a growing creative and marketing offer supporting client projects.

This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day marketing execution, including content creation, social media management, graphic design, bid and capability document support, and written content such as blogs and project updates. The role will play a key part in ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently, accurately, and on time across multiple workstreams.

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting both internal marketing activity and marketing outputs produced for client projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, bringing ideas to life, and learning through doing, while gaining exposure to professional services and the built environment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing support & execution

  • Support the delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns across Childerstone and client-facing project work.
  • Assist with coordinating content, approvals, and timelines.
  • Help maintain consistency across brand, tone of voice, and visual identity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
