About Us

Milton Keynes Dons Football Club, newly promoted to EFL League One, play at Stadium MK, a 30,500-capacity venue that sits at the heart of the wider Stadium MK Group. The Group's assets also include Arena MK, the Double Tree by Hilton Milton Keynes, a 304-bedroom hotel, and a 65,000-capacity music venue the National Bowl, making it one of the most diverse sport, leisure, and hospitality operations in the UK.

Following a change of ownership in 2024 and promotion, the Club and wider Group are investing significantly in brand, matchday experience, and content quality. We are looking for a talented, versatile Marketing Executive to support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across both the Club and Group.

Help us grow audiences, engage supporters and bring our marketing campaigns to life.

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Marketing Executive to join our team at Stadium MK. Your primary objective will be to drive matchday attendance at Stadium MK.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across MK Dons and the wider Stadium MK Group, supporting campaigns that drive ticket sales, memberships, retail, hospitality venue, events and fan engagement.

From launching a season ticket campaign and promoting the next big fixture to developing targeted email activity to promoting live events and matchdays, no two weeks will look quite the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering marketing campaigns that support matchday ticketing, season tickets, memberships, retail, hospitality and the stadium venue experience.
  • Coordinating campaigns across digital, email, CRM, web, social, print and in-stadium channels.
  • Supporting matchday marketing activity and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Creating engaging customer and supporter communications.
  • Managing Group websites, keeping information up to date and continually improving customer experience.
  • Supporting CRM and email marketing activity, including audience segmentation and targeted campaigns.
  • Supporting paid social and search campaigns, including audience targeting, creative briefing and performance monitoring.
  • Working with our Social Media Executive and Lead Graphic Designer to bring campaigns to life across digital and creative channels.
  • Working with Commercial, Academy, Women’s Team, Community and other teams to promote activity from across the Club.
  • Supporting marketing activity for the wider Stadium MK Group, including events, hospitality and other commercial initiatives.
  • Briefing and coordinating agencies, suppliers and creative partners where required.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and using data and insight to recommend improvements.
  • Identifying new ideas and opportunities to grow audiences, increase engagement and support commercial performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll Thrive Here If...

  • You're proactive, creative and full of ideas, but equally comfortable getting into the detail and making sure campaigns actually happen.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively, can build relationships across different departments and are comfortable balancing planned campaigns with changing priorities.
  • You'll also understand that working in football can be fast-moving. Fixtures, results, announcements and commercial opportunities can change priorities quickly, so being adaptable and calm under pressure is important.
  • Most importantly, you'll be excited by the opportunity to create marketing that connects supporters with the Club, drives attendance and contributes to the continued growth of MK Dons and the wider Stadium MK Group.

Football Doesn't Work 9–5

The role may be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and annual self-declarations where applicable.
