Based - Manston, Kent - 3 days per week, WFH 2 days per week Salary - £24-25k depending on experience
Knowlton is looking for a Marketing Executive with 1+ years’ experience who is ready to grow their career in the world of social-first marketing and support a wide range of exciting campaigns. You will help deliver social media marketing, influencer activity and email marketing, while also providing support across paid campaigns and taking ownership of smaller projects and accounts as you develop. AI is a big part of how we work at Knowlton, and you'll use AI tools every day to work more efficiently, be more creative and get better results for our clients.

What You Will Do
- Support the planning and day-to-day delivery of social media marketing campaigns
- Coordinate influencer marketing activity, including communication with creators and partners
- Support email marketing, including scheduling, content coordination and performance tracking
- Take ownership of smaller marketing projects and accounts as you grow in the role
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to bring ideas and campaigns to life
- Support paid social and performance marketing activity
- Join client calls and contribute to campaign updates and progress
- Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Use AI tools in your daily work, including content creation, research, data analysis, campaign optimisation and automating repetitive tasks
- Explore new AI tools and share what works with the team to help improve how we deliver for clients

What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
- An understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing and email marketing
- A strong interest in AI, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. for copywriting, research, content ideas or reporting) and a willingness to keep building new AI skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Confidence communicating with internal teams, clients and external partners
- An interest in paid social and performance marketing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and a desire to do great work
