About Triple Point
Since 2004, we’ve been bringing investment ideas to life and connecting capital with the right people and opportunities. Today, we manage more than £2.5 billion for a broad range of investors across five key investment strategies: Private Credit, Social Housing, Clean Heat, Energy and Venture. These strategies underpin the innovative range of investments we offer to both private (retail) and institutional clients.
There are 230+ employees at Triple Point, all committed to leaving the world demonstrably better than we found it. That’s why we’re a certified B Corp, signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment, and were named a Sunday Times 'Best Place to Work 2025 & 2026'.

The Function
The Marketing Function sits at the very heart of Triple Point's business and is an integral part of the wider Distribution group (Sales, Marketing and Client Service). We are responsible for the full marketing mix: strategy, brand, campaigns, content, events, advertising, digital and both internal and external communications. We act as trusted advisers to stakeholders across investments, retail, wholesale and institutional sales, as well as senior leadership, with the client always at the centre of everything we do.
The Team
A tight-knit team of talented professionals, led by a financial services marketing veteran with a reputation for building highly effective and happy teams where people genuinely grow. The team has delivered record-breaking fundraises and award-winning campaigns. We are now in an exciting period of change building AI-powered capabilities into the heart of our digital function, with the ambition of moving from AI as a tool our people use to AI as infrastructure our people oversee.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of Triple Point's marketing activity across campaigns, content, events, internal communications and social media.
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in marketing and a desire to continually learn and improve. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help coordinate marketing campaigns, support digital channels, contribute to the delivery of events, create and schedule content, and maintain our marketing systems and assets. You'll also contribute to campaign reporting, identify opportunities to improve performance and ensure projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
