Key Responsibilities

As a B2C Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with digital, ecommerce, retail, commercial, and creative teams to deliver activity that supports business growth.

Core Duties:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns
  • Develop engaging content for email, social media, website, and in-store promotions
  • Support promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and budgets
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-led recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Support local store marketing initiatives across the UK

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a candidate who combines creativity with commercial awareness. Ideal qualities include:

  • Experience in a B2C marketing role, preferably in retail, automotive, ecommerce, or consumer brands
  • Strong campaign management and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience using email marketing platforms and social media channels
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting campaign performance data
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders across the business
