Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team, with particular responsibility for managing our social media channels and website content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to create engaging digital content, tell compelling stories and bring a luxury travel brand to life online. The successful candidate will manage PoB Hotels’ day-to-day social media activity, keep the website accurate and inspiring, and support the delivery of wider marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, content creation and website administration, along with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media and Content Creation
- Manage PoB Hotels’ social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with the wider marketing strategy and campaign plan.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels and short-form video.
- Write compelling captions and campaign copy that reflect PoB Hotels’ distinctive tone of voice.
- Source and organise imagery and video content from member hotels, partners and content creators.
- Schedule and publish content, ensuring channels remain active, relevant and consistent.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement, responding appropriately and promptly.
- Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities that are relevant to the PoB Hotels brand.
- Track social media performance and produce regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Support influencer, ambassador and content-creator collaborations.

Website and Digital Content
- Manage and update the PoB Hotels website, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging and up to date.
- Maintain hotel listings, offers, experiences, blog content, landing pages and campaign information.
- Upload and optimise imagery and written content while maintaining high brand standards.
- Work closely with member hotels to gather accurate information, new content and seasonal updates.
- Support the creation of SEO-friendly content to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- Monitor website analytics and make recommendations to improve user engagement and performance.
- Liaise with website developers and external agencies to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
- Support the development and testing of new website features and digital initiatives.
Marketing Campaigns and Email
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, website, email and other channels.
- Assist with email marketing, including content creation, imagery, campaign setup, testing and reporting.
- Help develop campaign concepts and creative ideas that showcase PoB Hotels and its member properties.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and consistently across all digital touchpoints.
- Support promotional activity with brand partners, tourism organisations and member hotels.
Brand and Marketing Support
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital content and marketing materials.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, marketing collateral and campaign assets.
- Maintain organised content libraries, image banks and marketing schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the wider PoB Hotels team, member hotels, designers, agencies and creative partners.
- Provide administrative and organisational support across a range of marketing projects.

Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in a marketing, social media or digital content role, ideally within luxury hospitality, travel or lifestyle.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
- Confidence creating social media assets using tools such as Canva and editing short-form video.
- Experience using website content management systems such as WordPress.
- A good understanding of social media analytics, website analytics and digital performance reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation.
- Experience using social media scheduling and email marketing platforms.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- A creative eye and a strong understanding of luxury brand presentation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for travel, hospitality, food and lifestyle.
Experience with CRM systems, influencer marketing, paid social media or digital advertising would be an advantage.
