Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Communications and Marketing

The primary aspect of the role is to design supporting content ranging from Web site updates, design of supporting LinkedIn and or Flier type content, simple newsletters and regular email campaigns. Other social media ideas welcome but not typically a main driver.

Leadership of the production of an Annual Journal requires project management of contributors recruited by other team members ready for June 2027. For the interviews, AI was a powerful approach which requires this role to “edit down” and send back for verification. Basic formatting is needed. Post production of this content, it is to be monitored for effectiveness and statistics reported to the team to continuously refine and improve ways of working.

Operation Delivery

They currently run 2 x annual Summits as major milestones to bring their community together. One is in Switzerland and one is in UK. They are complex multi-component tasks requiring significant planning, detailed coordination and liaison prior to delivery. At a pace of every 6 to 8 weeks, they run informal networking and briefings on different themes. Small and more straightforward in nature, they are nonetheless important for market profile and connectivity.
