ABOUT HAGLEY WEST
Hagley West is a British DTC watch brand selling into 127 countries, built through founder-led social media and a simple philosophy: #LoveYourJourney. We believe every product, every customer, and every team member has their own story — and that the journey (the tension, the persistence, the arrival) matters as much as the destination.
We're still growing our reach — Argentina, Uganda, and Réunion Island are our latest markets, taking us to 127 countries and counting. Founded in 2016 over a beer after a cricket match, we've grown from a crowdfunded idea into a global brand with partners including Chris Gayle and Stephen Bunting, and a mission to become one of the world's most loved watch brands — without losing the warmth, directness, and authenticity we started with.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our small, fast-moving marketing team. This is a graduate role, designed for someone who has just finished studying marketing and is hungry to prove themselves in a real, global brand — not a training scheme with no substance behind it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You won't have prior work experience, and that's fine. What we need is drive, enthusiasm, sharp thinking, and someone who genuinely wants to help build something. We'll invest in your training and development; you bring the energy and the appetite to learn fast.
You'll work closely with our founder-led content operation and take ownership of two key areas:
- Outsource partner relationships — coordinating with our agency partners across email/CRM, paid advertising, and affiliate/TikTok Shop management, making sure work is delivered, performance is tracked, and priorities are clear on both sides.
- Hagley West's social media platforms — supporting and helping steer the brand's own channels, working alongside the content and production team.
This is a remote role, but travel will be required — for team days, campaign launches, and content trips. You should be genuinely comfortable and excited about that, not just tolerant of it.
WHAT YOU'LL BE TARGETED ON
- Email database growth — expanding our owned audience
- Ad spend efficiency and return — working with our paid media partner to improve ROAS
- ManyChat performance — engagement and conversion through our automated messaging flows
- Watch release success — supporting marketing execution around new product launches
- Marketing plan delivery — hitting the milestones and deadlines set out in campaign plans
