Role Description
We’re looking for a commercially minded marketer with a clear focus on creating qualified demand and interest for IRIS’ suite of hospitality solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering B2B campaigns to our target prospects to build awareness, excitement, curiosity, and leads.
Working directly for the Head of Marketing and using an evolving suite of technology, including AI agents, you’ll have the freedom to test ideas, challenge convention, and influence decisions, while still rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You’ll help shape and manage our lead generation campaigns, customer acquisition, events, digital presence, and customer experience.
We’re looking for someone with experience in project-managing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time position (Part-time considered for the right candidate seeking more flexibility)
- Remote (home-based) with occasional travel to the London office
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Work alongside the Head of Marketing to devise the marketing strategy for the direct marketing at IRIS.
- Source and segment data and use CRM technology to ensure campaigns are accurately targeted and monitored.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Drive demand generation and pipeline, creating leads across new business and maximising opportunities amongst current customers.
- Plan and craft compelling outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, digital, and webinars as well as supporting content (including telemarketing scripts, video, landing pages, and thought leadership) — keeping every piece relevant for the audience.
- Create and manage account-based marketing activity for prospect outbound activity across every stage of the buying journey.
- Build and optimise customer email activity and email campaigns with media partners.
- Write clear creative briefs for supporting landing pages and paid media (where relevant), and work with our digital agency through feedback rounds to get them right.
- Use a range of platforms across digital, CRM, email, social media, and events.
Events
- Identify relevant events — trade shows, webinars, networking events — and organise our attendance (and subsequent follow-up) to ensure we stand out and connect with our target audience.

Performance & Reporting
- Deliver campaigns and manage projects via Monday.com.
- Analyse performance with dashboards that clearly communicate marketing results to the business.
- Track key metrics, including leads, customer acquisition, repeat business, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Continually test, measure, and improve marketing performance.
- Help leadership make better commercial decisions through clear, actionable marketing insight.
Experience & Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing across campaigns, content, digital, and events — ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms — such as CRM, Canva, CMS, data enrichment tools, and email platforms — and quick to learn new tools and utilise AI where relevant.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating and supporting events.
