Marketing Executive
Are you excited to join a dynamic, fast-paced Port environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Communications team on a Permanent basis to help deliver engaging marketing and communications activity across our Group.
Your role
You'll be part of a strong, supportive team that values collaboration and celebrates success. Working across a broad range of marketing and communications activities, you'll help strengthen our brand, engage key stakeholders and support the delivery of campaigns and projects across the business.
- From creating compelling content and supporting marketing campaigns to managing communication channels, producing presentations, video content and promotional materials, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across all aspects of marketing and communications.
- You'll work with colleagues from across the organisation to develop and deliver campaigns, events and initiatives, helping to enhance engagement, raise awareness and promote our services to a variety of audiences.
- This varied role offers the opportunity to be involved in every stage of a project, from planning and content creation through to delivery, evaluation and reporting, giving you experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines.

There will also be a number of exciting projects for you to take forward, including building a new Group-wide website and supporting local Ports with digital execution.
What you'll bring
You will have:
- Experience in marketing, communications, content creation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign delivery and audience engagement.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, presentations and digital content.
- Good knowledge of marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, ready to support and contribute across the team wherever needed.
- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a meaningful impact.
- Ideally, experience using marketing and communications tools such as CRM systems, web content management systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, social media management platforms and reporting tools.
