Marketing & Practice Executive

Location: Chelsea, London Salary: Approximately £42,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Start Date: 26 October 2026

About the Company

An established and award-winning architecture practice based in Chelsea is looking to appoint a talented Marketing & Practice Executive to join its growing team.

The practice delivers high-quality bespoke architecture and is looking for an organised, creative and commercially aware individual to support its marketing, business development and wider practice activities.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on position working closely with the Marketing Director and wider practice. You will support marketing and business development activity while also providing project and administrative support across the studio when required.

The role would suit someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities, with a strong eye for presentation and detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Director across marketing and business development
  • Coordinate marketing requests and help manage priorities across the practice
  • Research prospective clients, contacts and business opportunities
  • Support networking events, client meetings and business development activities
  • Assist with presentations, proposals, submissions, RFPs and bid documents
  • Support the planning and creation of social media content
  • Maintain and update the practice website
  • Ensure marketing materials remain consistently branded and professionally presented
  • Manage and maintain the practice CRM system and marketing records
  • Provide Adobe Photoshop and visual presentation support
  • Assist project teams with presentations and documentation
  • Provide wider administrative and practice support when required
  • Support the Practice Operations team during periods of increased workload or absence

About You

  • Previous experience in a marketing, business development or practice support role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with senior team members and Board-level contacts
  • Proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved across the wider practice
  • Creative with a strong eye for presentation and visual quality
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Comfortable learning and managing CRM systems and digital platforms
  • Commercially aware with an interest in business development
  • Professional, approachable and collaborative
