Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Marketing Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing activity across the AdelRose group.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating as much as planning.

You will be responsible for bringing our brands to life across social media, CRM, content, email, PR, events, partnerships and other marketing channels — ensuring everything is consistent with our brand guidelines, commercially focused and engaging for our customers.

You'll create the content yourself using our existing photography, video and brand assets, as well as identifying opportunities for new content. You'll plan, write, design, schedule, publish and analyse activity across channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and email.

You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in exciting activity beyond the day-to-day digital marketing calendar, including trade shows such as Top Drawer and Spring Fair, PR opportunities, partnerships, product launches, seasonal campaigns and ad-hoc marketing projects.

The role is ideal for someone who wants broad marketing experience and the opportunity to take real ownership within a growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

Social Media & Content

  • Own the day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and others.
  • Plan and manage social content calendars in line with wider business and campaign objectives.
  • Create content yourself using existing photography, video, product assets and brand materials.
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and supporting copy tailored to each platform.
  • Create and adapt creative assets using tools such as Canva.
  • Identify trends, relevant conversations, seasonal opportunities and new content formats.
  • Develop recurring content series and campaigns that build familiarity and engagement.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently.
  • Monitor comments, messages and community engagement.
  • Continuously test different content styles, formats, messaging and posting times.

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of email marketing activity.
  • Plan, write, build, test and schedule CRM campaigns.
  • Develop content designed to acquire new subscribers as well as engage and retain existing customers.
  • Help build and manage customer journeys, including welcome, promotional, seasonal and post-purchase communications.
  • Develop creative ideas that turn subscribers into engaged customers.
  • Support list growth, segmentation and customer engagement activity.
  • Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions and revenue.
  • Use performance data to continually improve future campaigns.
  • Ensure all CRM activity follows GDPR and relevant data protection requirements.

Content, Website & SEO

  • Write and publish blogs and other editorial content.
  • Create website, landing page and campaign copy.
  • Support SEO activity using established keyword research and optimisation tools.
  • Assist with product descriptions and e-commerce content.
  • Ensure website content, imagery and promotional messaging remain accurate, current and on-brand.
  • Identify content opportunities that can support both SEO and customer engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Comfortable using Canva or similar creative tools to produce marketing assets.
  • Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/or Pinterest.

The Person

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, creative and commercially aware.

You don't need to know everything on day one. What matters is that you're willing to learn, have ideas, take ownership and aren't afraid to get stuck in.

You'll be someone who can move comfortably between creative and analytical thinking — happy creating a TikTok in the morning, analysing an email campaign after lunch and then helping prepare materials for a trade show.

You'll notice when something isn't working and look for a better way.

You'll care about the detail, but won't lose sight of the bigger picture.

Most importantly, you'll understand that good marketing isn't just about making things look nice. It's about getting the right message to the right customer at the right time — and making people want to take action.

Working With Us

As a small, founder-led business, you'll work closely with both the Marketing Director and Founder and have genuine visibility of the wider business.

The role is designed around independence, ownership and forward planning. You'll be encouraged to plan content and campaigns in advance, work confidently within our established brand guidelines and keep activity moving without needing constant sign-off. Regular communication and clear processes will ensure you have the support you need.

There is no expectation to routinely work evenings as part of the day-to-day role. However, occasional evening or weekend work may be required for specific events, trade shows, launches or other marketing activity where attendance or live support is needed. This would be discussed and planned in advance wherever possible.

Flexible working hours and remote working will be considered for the right candidate, with the role balancing independent working with regular collaboration with the wider team.

Why Join AdelRose?

  • Own real marketing activity rather than simply assisting someone else.
  • See your content published across multiple channels and brands.
  • Work across the full marketing mix, building valuable experience across social, CRM, content, SEO, e-commerce, PR, events and partnerships.
  • Work directly with the founders and have your ideas heard.
  • Help shape the development of growing consumer brands.
  • Build a portfolio of genuine, commercially focused marketing work.
  • Develop your skills across both creative and data-led marketing.
  • Have the opportunity to grow with the business as the AdelRose group expands.

This is a role for someone who wants to make things happen, not wait to be told what to post. If you're creative, curious, organised, commercially minded and excited by the idea of helping build brands from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
