Purpose of the Role
As part of the Marketing Planning & Campaigns team, reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of multi-channel campaigns across Moss.
You will help bring marketing campaigns to life by keeping activity organised, coordinating campaign collateral and ensuring teams have the assets and information they need to deliver consistently across customer touchpoints. Working with Creative, CRM, Retail, E-commerce, Paid Media, PR & Social and external partners, you will support activity that balances brand and commercial objectives.
The role is suited to a creative marketeer who enjoys thinking outside of the box, managing detail and helping multiple teams deliver high-quality work at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, maintaining plans, timelines, and actions to keep activity on track.
- Support campaign and marketing strategy work by helping gather insight, ideation and building recommendations.
- Maintenance of the marketing and content calendars to ensure key activity, milestones, and priorities are clearly captured.
- Coordinate campaign collateral across digital, CRM, retail, social, PR and paid media, ensuring assets are accurate, on-brand and delivered to the right teams on time.
- Keep campaign workflows and project records up to date in Monday.com, providing clear visibility of progress, dependencies and next steps.
- Support retail marketing activities, including store initiatives, local opportunities, and the distribution of campaign assets and briefing materials.
- Lead the coordination and delivery of selected partnerships and third-party marketing opportunities e.g. Wembley Experiences
- Help monitor campaign performance by gathering results, maintaining reports, and sharing practical insights to improve future activity.
- Support the PR team on press releases and media materials, ensuring activity is aligned with wider campaign plans, timings and key messages.
- Support internal communications by coordinating campaign updates, briefing materials and key messages so teams are aligned on upcoming activity.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Technical
- Previous experience in a marketing, campaigns, or project coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- An appreciation of multi-channel marketing, including the relationship between retail and digital activity.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies or other third parties to deliver effective work.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, project management platforms and planning tools, with some experience of working with data and drawing conclusions from results.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Interest in clothes, fashion or retail, although direct industry experience is not essential.

Additional Information
Our Hybrid Work Policy requires a minimum of 4 days in the office and 1 working from home.
