Marketing Executive | AdTech

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global digital media and advertising technology business looking for a Marketing & Client Growth Executive to join its UK team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants a broad role spanning marketing, client engagement, events, creative campaigns, pitches and new business. You'll sit at the centre of several commercial teams, helping turn ideas and client briefs into polished, engaging activity.
The role
You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Insights and Creative, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting client and agency events, from concepts and invitations through to logistics and follow-up
- Creating marketing content, including social posts, newsletters, client communications, case studies and campaign materials
- Supporting responses to client briefs, pitches and new-business opportunities
- Helping build pitch decks, proposals and client-facing presentations
- Working with Creative to develop campaign concepts, mock-ups and proactive ideas
- Turning product, audience and insight information into compelling client stories and sales materials
- Supporting proactive campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
- Coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders to make sure ideas actually get delivered

What we're looking for
You'll ideally have around 1–3 years' experience within marketing, media or advertising - with some understanding of programmatic advertising.

You should be:
- Creative, organised and commercially minded
- A confident written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable creating presentations and client-facing content
- Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident working alongside Sales and Creative teams
- Comfortable contributing ideas as well as owning the execution
- Interested in advertising, media and technology
Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides, Canva or HubSpot would be useful, but not all are essential.
This would be a great move for someone looking to broaden their experience beyond a traditional marketing or media role and gain exposure across marketing, commercial strategy, creative, events and new business within a growing digital advertising business.
