A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented, passionate & creative individual to work within the marketing team at an AM 50 car & van retailer. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we communicate with customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey. You will support Aftersales demand, customer retention and finance renewals across some of the world’s leading vehicle brands, including ŠKODA, KIA, SEAT, CUPRA, Honda, Ford, BYD and more.
About Us
Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years. We are always on the lookout for nice, genuine people who genuinely care about our customers and have a can-do attitude.
Our recruitment philosophy is that we recruit for attitude and train for skills, which means that although we’re often looking for specific technical skills, if you like working with customers and you are attracted by our Family Values of Fit, Fun, Family and Fearless, you’ll fit in well here and we’d like to hear from you even if you have no experience of the automotive industry.
About You
As our Marketing Executive (Aftersales & CRM), you will help us build stronger, more useful relationships with customers throughout their ownership journey.
You will work with the Group Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive to plan Aftersales, retention and CRM activity, before taking ownership of its delivery. You will be supported by our agency partners, head office Aftersales team, and other members of the marketing department.
The role combines customer communications, campaign delivery, data-led marketing and commercial thinking. You will help make it easier for customers to understand and book the services they need, while supporting the business in generating workshop bookings, improving retention and creating timely finance renewal opportunities.
You do not need to have worked in the automotive industry before. We are looking for someone who is curious about customers, comfortable working with data and able to turn commercial priorities into clear, relevant and well-executed marketing activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
