Help shape the voice of Pure Energy Music.

At Pure Energy Music, we create music and technology built specifically for the fitness industry.

Every day, thousands of instructors, personal trainers and gym operators use our platform to discover new music, deliver great classes and create better member experiences. Through our content, we help customers stay up to date with new music releases, product updates, app features and everything happening across the Pure Energy Music community.

We're looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join our team and help bring that to life.

Based at our Wakefield office on a hybrid basis, you'll create content that educates, engages and connects our customers, while supporting marketing campaigns that help grow our brand and strengthen our community.

About the Role

This is a content-first marketing role where no two days look quite the same.

You'll create the content our customers see across social media, email, our website and the app itself, helping them discover new music, understand new features and get more from the platform.

Alongside this, you'll help tell the stories behind Pure Energy Music by showcasing our instructors, ambassadors, partners and customers, helping build a community that people genuinely enjoy being part of.

One day you might be filming content in our Wakefield music studio, editing videos sent in by instructors and ambassadors, creating assets for a new product launch or building an email campaign in Brevo. The next, you could be writing a blog, updating website content or supporting marketing around one of our industry partnerships or events.

You'll work closely with our Marketing and Customer Experience teams, contributing ideas, supporting campaigns and helping ensure everything we produce is informative, engaging and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Content is at the heart of our marketing.

You'll create content that helps customers discover new music, understand our products, explore new features and feel connected to the wider Pure Energy Music community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing creative content ideas
  • Writing scripts, briefs and marketing copy
  • Filming content in our Wakefield office and music studio
  • Editing professional short-form video using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar)
  • Creating content from footage supplied by instructors, ambassadors and partners
  • Designing assets for product launches, campaigns and social media
  • Repurposing content across multiple marketing channels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
