About the Role

The aim of the Marketing Executive is to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific target candidate audiences that produce high candidate engagement and creates actionable results. The actions undertaken by the Marketing Executive should drive increase in turnover and profitability across the group.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the lifespan of marketing campaigns
  • Identify topics and create content, relevant for posting on our website, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Identify methods to boost the website SEO performance
  • Conduct research and analyse data to identify audiences and emerging trends
  • Write and proofread adverts / marketing material
  • Plan and structure advert text to satisfy digital algorithms and increase performance of marketing
  • Maintain the group websites
  • Create and develop digital adverts and content using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Write and publish regular blogs
  • Direct, film, edit and publish digital content
  • Support marketing initiatives for group or associated companies

Entry Requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
  • If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week
