About Expend

Expend is a fast-growing London-based Fintech startup revolutionising how businesses manage expenses. Our powerful, all-in-one platform streamlines business spending with automation - covering everything from receipts and mileage to invoices, tax reporting, and smart payment cards. We're transforming a vast industry plagued by outdated systems with innovative, intuitive software that saves time, reduces hassle, and puts control back in the hands of finance teams.

We’re tackling a massive global market and are already seeing exciting traction. With a bold mission, strong product-market fit, and ambitious growth plans, Expend offers a unique opportunity to be part of something impactful from an early stage.

About the role

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join Expend's growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll get real experience across content, demand generation, and product marketing - contributing to campaigns and growing with us as we scale.

You'll work remotely most of the time, with monthly office days in London. We're a driven, fast-moving team that genuinely welcomes new ideas, so if you're creative, curious, and proactive, you'll fit right in.

No two weeks will look the same - priorities will shift as the business evolves, product development progresses, and marketing focus adapts. You won't be expected to be across all of these responsibilities at once, and you'll always have support in navigating where to focus.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
