At Be Keen, we partner with some of the world's most distinctive niche fragrance brands, helping them grow across Travel Retail and domestic markets worldwide.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our international portfolio.

Working closely with commercial teams, distributors, creative partners, and senior leadership, you will play a key role in bringing brands to life through product launches, retail activations, marketing campaigns, and in-market execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, taking ownership, and turning ideas into action in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. With significant exposure to Travel Retail and international distribution, the role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise within one of the most dynamic sectors of the luxury industry.

What you'll do

Brand & Launch Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies across the portfolio.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives and market priorities.
  • Coordinate the execution of 360° fragrance launches across international markets.
  • Develop and roll out launch toolkits, campaign guidelines, and supporting materials for distributors and retail partners.
  • Coordinate launch timelines, assets, approvals, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Track launch performance and gather feedback from markets and retail partners.

Retail Activations & Trade Marketing

  • Coordinate retail activations, animations, and in-store experiences across multiple international markets.
  • Support excellence in execution across retail touchpoints, including visual merchandising, POS materials, sampling programmes, and promotional activities.
  • Adapt and localise global marketing initiatives according to market and retailer requirements.
  • Work closely with distributors and commercial teams to ensure consistent execution in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support marketing initiatives across Travel Retail environments, including airports, department stores, and other key retail locations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
