Hybrid - 3 days per week in London office
Our client is a global events and media business with a portfolio of market-leading B2B conferences. Their flagship events bring together senior decision-makers from across their industry to meet, network and do business.
This is a company where marketing sits at the heart of commercial success. Every campaign you run has a direct, measurable impact on delegate numbers and revenue.
The role
You'll plan and deliver end-to-end campaigns for major international events — owning activity across email, web, social, paid media, partnerships and content.
- One week you might be building a Marketo campaign and refining the registration journey;
- The next, coordinating promotion with high-profile speakers and sponsors, or digging into registration data to work out what's converting and why.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
