Marketing & Content Executive – Guildford, Surrey
£28,000 - £30,000 DOE plus benefits
Bluetree Recruits are working with our client to recruit for this exciting Marketing & Content Executive role a varied, hands-on opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic marketer who wants to build real experience across two purpose-driven healthcare brands: a leading NHS supplier of medical products, and an award-winning medical device and AI company pioneering cardiovascular health technology.
You'll be based full-time, five days a week, at our client's Guildford office, working alongside and supporting the Social Media and Marketing Manager. Your time will be split between the two brands — helping deliver content, social media, and email marketing for the medical products care brand, and supporting the cardiovascular health brand's audience growth, with all work for that brand also delivered from the Guildford office. You'll be trusted to work independently day-to-day, with guidance and support from the team rather than close supervision.
What's on Offer
- 25 days holiday plus your birthday and bank holidays
- Flexible start: 8:00–5:00 or 8:30–5:30, plus Christmas parties
- Genuine creative ownership across two respected, mission-led healthcare brands

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
