About the Role
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns, social media activity, brand partnerships, events and internal communications. Working closely with retail, ecommerce, buying and brand teams, you'll help bring our campaigns to life while ensuring our premium brand image is consistently represented across all channels.

This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to combine creativity with commercial thinking, helping to drive customer engagement and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and maintaining a consistent luxury brand presence.
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness and sales.
- Build relationships with brand partners, influencers and media contacts to maximise marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate events, store activations and charity initiatives from planning through to execution.
- Produce internal communications and marketing materials that support colleague engagement and company initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, social media metrics and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support photoshoots, content creation and wider marketing projects as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, social media and luxury brands. You will be creative, proactive and confident building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing or social media role.
- Strong content creation skills across social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience coordinating events or marketing campaigns.
- A creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in luxury retail, fashion, jewellery or premium brands would be advantageous.
