This is a broad, hands-on role covering content, social media, websites, SEO, PPC, digital PR and marketing analytics. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and specialist colleagues to deliver campaigns that generate leads and support the continued growth of the business.

It's a good opportunity for a marketing generalist who enjoys getting involved across different channels rather than specialising in one particular area.

The Role

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting day-to-day marketing activity across multiple brands.
  • Creating content for websites, blogs, social media and email campaigns.
  • Planning and managing social media activity.
  • Supporting SEO activity including keyword research, content optimisation and link-building.
  • Assisting with PPC campaigns and monitoring performance.
  • Supporting conversion-rate optimisation and A/B testing.
  • Maintaining and updating WordPress websites.
  • Supporting digital PR activity and developing relationships with relevant media contacts.
  • Tracking marketing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Producing marketing reports using analytics and internal business data.
  • Working with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring competitors and relevant market trends.
  • Taking ownership of individual campaigns and projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Supporting internal communications and marketing initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
