Location: Hybrid - 3 days in our Vauxhall office, 2 days WFH Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Salary: From £30,000 per annum, based on experience Start date: Available immediately Reports to: Marketing Manager
The role We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive & Content Creator to support the delivery of Sass & Belle’s marketing strategy through engaging written, photographic and video content. The role has particular responsibility for day-to-day content production, organic social media, product storytelling and content capture, helping Sass & Belle communicate its products, people, creativity and commercial capabilities across both B2B and D2C audiences. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Sales, Design and Ecommerce teams, you’ll turn product launches, campaigns, trade shows, trends and wider business activity into useful, engaging and commercially relevant content. You’ll also support influencer activity, brand collaborations and user-generated content, helping to strengthen the brand’s visibility and commercial performance. We’re looking for someone who can contribute ideas, create great content independently and take ownership of day-to-day activity within the wider marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities
Content & social media
- Support the delivery of the marketing plan, content calendar, campaigns and product launches.
- Create engaging written, photographic and video content for both trade and consumer audiences.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day creation, preparation and scheduling of organic social content across Sass & Belle channels.
- Develop social copy, imagery and short-form video, maintaining a consistent publishing schedule.
- Monitor organic content performance and use findings to help improve future output.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose successful content across social, email, website and wider marketing activity.

Photography & video
- Plan and coordinate photography and video requirements for campaigns, products, trade shows and wider marketing activity.
- Develop briefs and shot lists, and capture photography and video content internally.
- Produce and edit short-form video for organic social media, product storytelling and campaign use.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content from product development, trade shows, events and wider business activity.
- Maintain an organised library of photography, raw footage and edited content.
Product & brand storytelling
- Create content that communicates what makes Sass & Belle products, collections and ranges relevant and desirable.
- Turn product information, trends, selling points and design thinking into engaging customer-facing stories.
- Help communicate Sass & Belle’s capabilities to trade customers, including design expertise, bespoke development, newness and retailer support.
- Work with Sales, Design and Product Development to uncover useful product, trend, customer and business stories.
Influencers, UGC & partnerships
- Manage the day-to-day use of Foursixty, Sass & Belle’s user-generated content platform.
- Support influencer and content creator activity, including outreach, product coordination, briefing and content deliverables.
- Support affiliate activity, brand collaborations, competitions and partnership campaigns.
- Track agreed activity and available performance measures, ensuring content remains consistent with the Sass & Belle brand.

TikTok, email & campaigns
- Create organic TikTok content supporting brand, product and commercial priorities.
- Support TikTok Shop activity through content creation and product storytelling.
- Support the Marketing Manager with copy and content for email campaigns, product launches and wider customer communications.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Ecommerce team to coordinate content and campaign requirements.
Skills & experience
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Practical experience creating social and digital content.
- Confidence shooting and editing short-form video.
- Good photography skills and a strong visual eye.
- An understanding of major social platforms and their different content requirements.
- Experience preparing and scheduling organic social media content.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- The ability to turn product information into engaging customer-facing content.
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Confidence working collaboratively with designers, sales teams and other stakeholders.
- The ability to contribute creative ideas and take ownership of assigned content.
Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate activity, Foursixty or another user-generated content platform would be advantageous.
Experience creating content for TikTok Shop or supporting social commerce would also be desirable.
Experience within giftware, homeware, retail, ecommerce, fashion, lifestyle or another visual product-led business would be particularly useful.
