Junior Marketer - Creative & Campaign
We’re looking for a Junior Marketer to focus on Creative & Campaign to join our UK team, playing a key role in executing high-impact marketing initiatives that support key objectives of our B2B and B2C marketing efforts: qualified lead generation, website growth and engagement, and increasing awareness of Loxone in the market.
You will focus on campaign execution, newsletter marketing, and creative production. We are looking for someone comfortable working with technical information and translating it into clear and engaging marketing content. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on bringing marketing ideas to life and wants to have a direct impact on both the success of our company and growth in the industry.
This is not a narrow specialist role. It offers exposure to several areas of marketing and is suitable for someone with at least two years of marketing experience in a corporate environment who is still exploring different marketing disciplines before choosing a specialism. You will work side-by-side with the Digital Marketer to implement campaigns and creative as part of the marketing roadmap, structured by both the Head of Marketing and the Director of International Marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
