Marketing Executive (Creative & Influencer)

Pore Favor · Victoria, London (in the office 4 days a week) · Full-time · £30,000–£36,000 depending on experience · Reports to: Creative Strategist

About Pore Favor

Pore Favor is a high-growth, direct-to-consumer skincare brand helping people get clear skin from the inside out. Our hero product is a science-backed, dermatologist-endorsed daily supplement that tackles breakouts at the root cause, alongside a growing range of skincare. We sell in the UK and US, we're growing fast, and we're building a small, ambitious team to match.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied role at the centre of how we make content and work with creators. You'll partner with our Creative Strategist to help shape ideas for new ads and content, then own the production side: finding talent and videographers, booking studios and being on set to make sure everything runs to plan. You'll also support our Influencer Manager across our creator programme in the UK and US.

No two weeks look the same. One week you might be pulling together a shot list and locking in a studio, the next you're on set keeping the day on track, the week after you're briefing creators and chasing deliverables. And because we're a startup, the same person who plans a shoot on Monday might be packing creator sendouts and scheduling social posts on Tuesday. If you like being the person who makes things happen, and you're happy to roll your sleeves up to do it, this is a great place to be.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Strategy and Production

  • Work with our Creative Strategist to develop ideas for new ads and content: contributing to brainstorms, researching trends, references and competitor creative, and helping build out briefs and scripts.
  • Own the logistics that turn a concept into a finished shoot: sourcing and booking talent, videographers, photographers and crew, and finding and booking studios and locations.
  • Plan the details (shot lists, run-of-day schedules, call sheets, props, product and wardrobe) so shoot days run smoothly.
  • Attend shoots as the on-the-day point of contact: managing timings, looking after talent and crew, and making sure we leave with everything the brief called for.
  • Handle the admin that comes with production: quotes, budgets, invoices, contracts, talent releases and usage rights.
  • Keep finished assets organised and moving, coordinating with editors and getting content to the right people (paid social, organic, email, web) on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Influencer Marketing

  • Support our Influencer Manager across the creator programme in the UK and US: researching and shortlisting creators, outreach, negotiations, briefs, product seeding and gifting, and contracts.
  • Track deliverables and content, keep our creator database and pipeline up to date, and help pull together reporting on what's working.

Wider Marketing

  • Help run our organic social: drafting, scheduling and posting content, and keeping an eye on comments and community.
  • Pack and ship influencer and PR sendouts, and keep the process (and the stock cupboard) organised.
  • Pitch in on campaign launches, competitor and trend research, and whatever else the marketing team needs that week. It's a startup, so you'll get involved in a lot.

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in a marketing, production, creative agency or brand role (roughly 1–2 years), though we'd also consider a strong graduate with relevant internships or side projects.
  • Someone who wants to be in the office with the team four days a week, for the reasons above. This isn't a box to tick; it's how we work.
  • Seriously organised, with sharp attention to detail. You can juggle multiple shoots, creators and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • A natural fixer: proactive, resourceful and calm under pressure. When the videographer cancels the day before, you're already calling around for a replacement.
  • Comfortable with the practical stuff as well as the creative. Some weeks are more parcels than brainstorms, and you're fine with that.
  • A real interest in creative, content and social. You know what good short-form ads and creator content look like, and you have opinions on why.
  • Confident communicating with external partners (talent, crew, creators, agencies) and comfortable negotiating rates.
  • Excited by a fast-moving startup where you'll get to do a lot, learn quickly and see the direct impact of your work.
  • Happy to travel to shoots around London and occasionally further afield, which means some early starts and the occasional long day.

Nice to Have

  • Experience on set or in production, whether running, assisting or coordinating shoots.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer or creator marketing, or running a brand's social accounts.
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar), or a sharp eye for what performs on TikTok, Instagram and Meta.
  • An interest in skincare, beauty or wellness, and in the brands doing it well.

Where You'll Work

We're based in Victoria, and this role is in the office four days a week. That's a deliberate choice, and it matters to us. So much of this job happens in the room: bouncing ideas around with the Creative Strategist, grabbing the Influencer Manager for a quick steer, packing sendouts together and picking things up by osmosis that you'd never learn over Slack. We've found people get more done and learn far faster when they're together, and we want someone who wants that too. If you're after a mostly remote role, this probably isn't the one for you. If you'd rather be with the team, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Get

  • £30,000–£36,000 depending on experience
  • A team that's in the room together, so you'll learn faster than you would anywhere else at this stage of your career.
  • The chance to grow with a fast-growing business. As we scale, so does the opportunity.
  • Free gym membership to Manor Gym
