We're partnering with a globally recognised entertainment and consumer brands business, seeking a Marketing Executive to join their International Licensee Marketing team.

London | Hybrid
6 Month Contract
£106 Day Rate

This is an exciting opportunity to work across an exceptional portfolio of globally loved brands and franchises, supporting the marketing of new film releases and catalogue titles across international markets. Working closely with licensees, internal teams and creative agencies, you'll coordinate marketing materials, campaigns and communications, while managing creative and promotional approval processes across multiple stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

New Releases

  • Coordinate and distribute marketing materials and creative assets for theatrical, made-for-video and TV releases to international licensee partners.
  • Act as a key contact for partners, managing queries and ensuring assets and information are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage creative review and approval processes for digital and physical partner submissions.
  • Work with internal teams including Theatrical, Consumer Products and Games to source assets, information and clearances.
  • Coordinate approvals with the US team and provide guidance to licensees on asset usage.
  • Support the creation of organic social content for Home Entertainment channels.
  • Support promotional and brand partnership approvals, working across Marketing, Legal and Creative teams.

Catalogue Marketing

  • Support Marketing Managers with catalogue campaign reviews, implementation and monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities to promote catalogue titles around new releases, seasonal moments and other key opportunities.
  • Maintain an annual promotional calendar across regions and licensee partners.
  • Share regular marketing updates and best practices with digital partners.
  • Support promotional activity from development through to implementation, approvals and reporting.
  • Brief catalogue creative concepts to external agencies and manage the approval process through to completion.

Across the Team

  • Support Marketing Managers with research and updates on key film, TV and episodic releases.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and set-up of local digital partners across relevant systems and processes, providing troubleshooting support where needed.
  • Ensure marketing materials are distributed clearly, accurately and on time via Box, SharePoint and email.
  • Coordinate creative approvals for materials submitted by licensees.
  • Support the development and presentation of film slates, marketing strategies and opportunities to licensee partners via calls and conferences.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, sharing relevant market insights and identifying opportunities for international partners.
  • Keep up to date with studio activity, film performance and wider entertainment marketing trends.
  • Provide general day-to-day support to the wider International Licensee Marketing team.

What We're Looking For:

You'll ideally have:

  • 2-3 years' marketing experience, ideally within entertainment, media, film, home entertainment or a similar corporate environment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, preferably across international markets.
  • A genuine passion for film, entertainment and emerging digital technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Copilot experience is desirable.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • A creative and proactive approach, with the confidence to take initiative and work independently.
  • Good commercial and numerical awareness.
  • A flexible, positive and collaborative attitude.
  • A strong interest in developments across the entertainment and digital marketing landscape.

You'll be a highly organised, proactive and creative marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines. You'll have a genuine passion for film and entertainment, strong attention to detail and the ability to keep projects moving across internal teams, creative agencies and international partners.
