About U-Live
We curate and collaborate to produce event brands that celebrate music and lifestyle culture, including Love Supreme Jazz Festival and The Long Road Festival. Love Supreme is Europe’s largest outdoor jazz festival at Glynde Place, East Sussex and has been running since 2013. The Long Road Festival is a celebration of country, roots and Americana, boasting six immersive stages inspired by the iconic venues where Country music was born and thrives today.
Both festivals are crafted to bring people together, celebrate music and create memories for our guests.
U-Live is actively exploring opportunities to grow its portfolio.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a marketing enthusiast with a passion for music, plenty of initiative and a keen eye for detail to help support and deliver marketing campaigns across our portfolio of festivals and live events.
This is a hands-on role focused on the day-to-day delivery that keeps our campaigns moving: maintaining trackers, writing copy, scheduling and publishing content, and engaging with our festival communities are core responsibilities of this role.
Working closely with the HO Marketing and the wider U-Live team, you’ll help turn campaign plans into well-executed activity across social media, websites and all relevant platforms. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, a confident writing style and a genuine connection to our key festivals.
The role would suit someone with around two years’ relevant experience looking to develop their career in music and festival marketing. We are a small marketing team who can offer the opportunity to get stuck in on projects, taking ownership of driving and leading campaigns to support future progression.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
