- Performance reporting and insights: Own partnership performance tracking across all partners. Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics in collaboration with internal stakeholders to build a central destination for research and reports.
- Competitor intelligence: Lead the monthly tracking, analysis, and distribution of competitor partnership activities across Marketing channels to inspire innovative and unique Starling campaigns.
- Cross-functional support: Act as an agile contributor to the broader Marketing team, assisting with Brand Integration, SME projects, and internal taskforces.
- Inbox and operations management: Oversee the central Brand/Marketing inbox on a weekly basis, triaging external inquiries effectively.
- Risk management: Identifying, managing, and escalating operational, financial, and regulatory risks in alignment with Starling's Risk Management Framework.
- Compliance: Ensures 100% compliance and accuracy across all marketing collateral approvals processed via JIRA, seeking clarity on regulatory considerations prior to escalation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
