Togather are the team at the heart of great events. We're a founder-led company of 50+ event specialists working across some of the largest and most exciting events in the UK. Our Marketplace supports both B2B and B2C customers to handpick standout suppliers across street food, drink and venues for private events, from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches for clients including Spotify, Netflix & BBC. Live partners with organisers of large-scale public events, using our 360 tech and industry expertise to curate and deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results for our clients. From major festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, we work hand in hand with client teams to deliver exceptional guest experience for the likes of GALA festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London.

The Role
An ambitious, proactive and execution-focused marketer. This role offers the chance to own Togather's customer lifecycle marketing and support the wider team on everything from content production, supplier and networking events, and sales enablement. Reporting directly into our CMO, this is a great opportunity to have a real impact from day one and gain exposure to senior stakeholders and all aspects of marketing. You'll also act as the marketing team's first point of contact for Account Managers and Sales Executives. This is an executor role, with a clear pathway to Marketing Manager within 18 to 24 months for the right person.

Key responsibilities
- Own the automated marketing email journeys end to end, from enquiry through to conversion, nurturing and re-engaging lapsed customers, across B2B and B2C, with a particular focus on B2B journeys and outbound sales leads
- Write and support copywriting across the team, from performance-led blog posts and web copy to long-form thought leadership, optimised for SEO/GEO
- Act as the marketing team's first point of contact for Account Managers and Sales Executives on ad-hoc client requests and sales enablement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage content throughout customer lifecycles, working with the Brand & Content team on content plans
- Use AI tooling to scale processes, relying less on manual campaign builds
- Refresh and modernise existing website and lifecycle email copy and imagery
- Drive segmentation, targeting and AI-led experimentation to improve engagement, conversion and lead generation
- Report on lifecycle performance and feed insights back into the growth plan
- Attend internal and external events to support the wider marketing team

Requirements
- A genuine go-getter, happy to turn your hand to anything, thriving on exposure to a wide variety of marketing initiatives
- AI-native, comfortable using AI tools to build, iterate and automate lifecycle and content work
- Exceptional copywriting skills across email, web and social
- A good eye for design, confident briefing design teams; Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite experience is an advantage
- Organised and confident managing multiple requests and priorities at once
- Experience with CRM and email/marketing automation platforms is essential (Togather uses Salesforce and Customer.io)
- CMS experience, particularly Webflow, would be a plus
- Proactive and keen to learn
