About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team at Ultimate Finance in a role that sits at the heart of how we engage audiences, build our brand and support business growth through digital channels and content.

You will manage and optimise Ultimate Finance’s digital content and channels, making sure activity is engaging, accurate, on-brand and delivering measurable results. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will plan, create, publish and improve content that supports commercial objectives, strengthens our reputation and enhances the customer and colleague experience.

This role is important to how Ultimate Finance engages customers, introducers and colleagues. Through effective content management, channel optimisation and collaboration, you will support brand awareness, lead generation, colleague engagement and marketing effectiveness.

You will be expected to demonstrate our core values of Decency, Brilliance and Enterprise at all times.

Our Marketing team connects businesses, introducers and colleagues with the people, products and expertise that make Ultimate Finance different. We build our brand, create standout content, run events, drive digital activity and support internal communications – bringing our story to life in ways that are clear, relevant and engaging. Working closely with teams across the business, we combine creativity with insight to deliver campaigns that support growth, strengthen relationships and help customers enjoy a consistent, positive experience at every stage.

Key responsibilities

Digital Content & Channel Management

  • Manage and maintain content across Ultimate Finance’s digital channels, ensuring activity aligns with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules, ensuring activity is delivered on time and supports wider marketing priorities.
  • Create, edit and publish written and visual content, including static and video content, across the website, email, social media, internal communications and other digital channels.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to create engaging deal release content in short and longer-form formats that supports conversion.
  • Manage website content through the content management system (CMS), ensuring it remains accurate, compliant, user-friendly and effective.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of digital assets, templates and marketing materials.
  • Manage our Trustpilot account, where we currently hold an industry-leading score of 5/5 and a 100% response rate.

Governance, Performance & Optimisation

  • Act as a day-to-day content and brand guardian, ensuring content reflects Ultimate Finance’s tone of voice, brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage publishing workflows and approval processes to ensure activity is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on channel performance, making recommendations to improve engagement, customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support search engine optimisation (SEO), website optimisation and testing activity to improve discoverability and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality, processes, systems and ways of working.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Internal Communications

  • Build effective relationships across the business, coordinating content requirements and ensuring delivery against agreed priorities.
  • Work with subject matter experts and colleagues to create engaging, relevant content that supports business objectives.
  • Support internal communication channels, colleague engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Support wider marketing projects and campaigns, and work with agencies and suppliers as required.

Key skills and knowledge

  • Relevant experience in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing or communications.
  • Experience creating, editing and publishing content across digital channels.
  • Experience managing website content through a CMS.
  • Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • An understanding of SEO, website optimisation and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience interpreting performance data and identifying improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • An understanding of digital design principles, with confidence using Canva to create engaging static and video assets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva and digital marketing platforms.
