Marketing Executive

Location: London (in office)
Type: Full-time

Role Overview

Cyber Insurance Frontier is seeking a Marketing Executive to run the marketing engine for the cyber insurance industry's year-round leadership community. This is an opportunity to join a founding team at the ground floor, owning day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, email, events, and content aimed at a senior audience of insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and cyber security vendors. You'll help us shape how CIF shows up in the market - what we say, where we say it, and how we grow. This position reports directly to the founders and carries a clear path to marketing leadership as the business scales.

Why This Role Matters

Cyber insurance is a $20B+ market projected to triple by 2030. Cyber Insurance Frontier is building the community at its centre - through events, boardroom workshops, premium research, podcasts, and digital media. The product is live, the audience is senior, and the founding team brings 25+ years in insurance and 10+ years scaling B2B media businesses. This is your opportunity to build a marketing engine, with a direct line to the founders and the upside that comes with being the first marketing hire in a business designed for scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
