Marketing Executive, Up to £35,000, Worcestershire, Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

About the Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading consumer brand with a strong heritage and an ambitious growth agenda.

Known for innovation and putting its customers at the heart of what it does, the business has built a strong reputation in its sector and continues to evolve how it connects with consumers across multiple channels.

You’ll be joining a collaborative marketing team where there’s plenty of opportunity to get involved, make an impact and develop your experience across the wider marketing mix. With a particular focus on communications, media, and customer engagement.

Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with a communications mindset who enjoys combining creativity and commercial thinking with data and performance.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing Communications, you’ll play an important role in planning, delivering, and optimising integrated marketing activity, with a particular focus on TV, Video on Demand, and other communications channels.

You’ll work with external agencies and media partners to make sure campaigns are delivering against agreed objectives and KPIs, whilst using performance data and insight to continually improve what’s being done.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
