About the Role
MiM is built on the principles of fun, one and family and we live and breathe this daily.
We are a rapidly growing full-service marketing agency, looking for our next key team member to join us. Although this will initially be a fixed-term contract, we are looking for someone on a longer term and full-time basis as our growth continues.
You will be joining a tight-knit group of enthusiastic marketers, who really care about customer outcomes and doing the right thing. Supporting the Managing Director and Client Director, you will get to see the whole 360 degree view of marketing and get involved in client delivery.
A typical day will involve liaising with the account owners and the clients themselves, working together to achieve the best results for our clients.
About You

If you are a people-pleaser, conscientious and like to have a laugh at the same time, you will fit right in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Our Clients Say About Us
"We’ve worked with MiM on a variety of projects, mainly design and social media. They rebranded our business, changed some of our messaging and created a lot of social media posts, it gave us a good start as we thought we knew what we were doing then realized that we didn’t. MiM were always on-hand if we had a question via Teams/WhatsApp and they worked directly with me, but also my team. It meant that I could continue to work on running and growing my business whilst knowing that our social media and other aspects were covered.
I am happy to highly recommend them. They did what we asked them to do, they didn’t complicate things and there wasn’t a constant upsell, when I spoke to a few companies I got the feeling that they wanted to tag us and then offer us a new website/full rebrand etc. I felt that MiM were more like our employees, rather than an external company who were looking to maximise their fee, MiM just focused on what we asked them to do."
Richard Langshaw, Managing Director of Maxegan Recruitment
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
