Marketing Executive
Witney, Oxfordshire £35,000 - £40,000
Create content that fuels a performance-driven Automotive brand.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days posting generic content and chasing likes. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing output for a premium engineering brand whose products are trusted by performance enthusiasts, industry professionals and elite motorsport teams around the world.
We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Executive who can bring products, technology and innovation to life across digital channels. If you're equally comfortable creating social content, editing video, designing campaign assets and spotting the next AI-powered marketing trend, you'll thrive here.
The Opportunity
You'll have the freedom to create engaging content, lead campaigns, support exciting product launches and help shape how a globally recognised performance brand is perceived by audiences worldwide. One day you could be behind the camera creating product content. The next, you'll be launching a new product range, producing campaign assets, attending an industry event or testing new AI tools to streamline marketing processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
