I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to play a key role within our Marketing Enablement team. Based at our Global HQ on Baker Street, you will work collaboratively across all areas of the Enablement function as well as the wider Marketing team. The role will provide support across Channels, Planning & Operations, and Creative Services.

Although positioned at Executive level, we expect the successful candidate to have experience supporting more senior-level projects, working closely with senior team members. This role acts as a vital connector across the Enablement functions, driving efficiency, enabling collaboration, and supporting both the broader Marketing team and the Head of Marketing Enablement.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of key Enablement projects, from initial briefing through to final execution
- Participate in regular Enablement team standups, providing project status updates, campaign performance analysis, and key learnings
- Take a pragmatic, proactive approach to supporting areas of the team experiencing resource constraints
