Camino Partners are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, international executive search business to appoint a commercially minded Marketing Executive. With an established global presence across multiple specialist markets, the business partners with some of the world's most innovative organisations to deliver senior leadership talent across highly competitive sectors.

Following significant investment in its brand, website and marketing infrastructure, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth. With the foundations now firmly in place, they're looking for someone who can help drive brand awareness, create engaging content and support both client acquisition and internal hiring initiatives across the UK and US.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where they can bring ideas to life and genuinely influence the direction of the marketing function.

The Opportunity:

This is a broad, hands-on Marketing Executive role with a strong focus on content creation, social media, brand development and marketing collateral.

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager and senior leadership across both the UK and US, you'll help execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, support business development activity and contribute towards future marketing initiatives including events and conferences.
  • With the business continuing to grow internationally, there is plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content across LinkedIn and Instagram to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Develop thought leadership content, employee stories, client insights and marketing campaigns across three specialist business units.
  • Design high-quality marketing collateral including client presentation packs, brochures, one-pagers and sales materials using Canva.
  • Support business development by creating bespoke marketing materials for client meetings and pitches.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to execute the overall marketing strategy and introduce new ideas to improve brand visibility.
  • Analyse LinkedIn insights and campaign performance to understand engagement trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the UK and US, supporting marketing initiatives for both client acquisition and internal recruitment.
  • Assist with the planning, promotion and content creation for conferences, networking events and industry exhibitions both in the UK and internationally.
  • Ensure all marketing activity remains consistent with the company's brand and tone of voice.
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve content, processes and the overall marketing function.

About You:

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, isn't afraid to challenge ideas and wants to play an active role in a growing business.

You'll ideally have:

  • 2-4 years' experience within a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Previous experience within recruitment, executive search or professional services would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram business pages.
  • Strong Canva skills with experience creating professional marketing collateral.
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing supports business growth.
  • The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and contribute new ideas.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative personality with a genuine desire to improve processes and drive engagement.
