Job Title: Marketing Executive (Ecommerce)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
Location: Oxford or Manchester (Hybrid)
The Phoenix is looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting ecommerce growth and wider marketing activity across The Phoenix, with a primary focus on The Phoenix Shop, Digital Workshops and events.
Working closely with our Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver engaging campaigns across email, social, web and other channels. You’ll create and adapt marketing content, support our ecommerce platforms, monitor campaign performance and customer behaviour, and help identify opportunities to grow sales and audience engagement.

We’re looking for someone with marketing experience who is a strong communicator, proactive, organised and comfortable using digital platforms. You might already be a Marketing Executive or a Marketing Assistant ready to take the next step. Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing would be a bonus, as would an interest in comics and children’s publishing.

Please note: This role is open to applicants local to either Manchester or Oxford. Our Manchester base is at a co-working space in Ancoats and our Oxford office is based in the City Centre.
