Marketing Executive

Full-Time | On-Site | Entry-Level

Start Your Career in Traditional Marketing & Sales

Looking for an opportunity to gain practical marketing experience while developing your sales and communication skills?

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Executives. We specialise in traditional, offline marketing and face-to-face sales, giving you the opportunity to work directly with customers and gain hands-on experience supporting real-world marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.

This is an entry-level position, so you'll begin by learning our products, services, clients, and campaign processes. You'll build confidence in a professional environment while developing practical skills across sales, customer engagement, marketing, and campaign delivery. This is a customer-facing role, rather than a digital marketing or office-based marketing position.

Getting Started

Your initial training will focus on building a strong understanding of:

  • The products and services you represent.
  • Our clients and their campaign objectives.
  • Face-to-face customer engagement and sales.
  • Customer acquisition processes.
  • Professional communication and client representation.
  • How offline marketing campaigns are delivered and managed.
  • The day-to-day standards and practices of a professional sales and marketing environment.

You'll work alongside experienced team members while receiving coaching and feedback as you develop your skills and confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent clients through offline, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Engage directly with customers and communicate product or service information.
  • Support customer acquisition and campaign activity.
  • Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Contribute towards individual and team sales objectives.
  • Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, communication, and customer engagement.
  • Assist with the delivery and day-to-day management of marketing campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to help achieve campaign objectives.
  • Develop your understanding of how successful sales and marketing campaigns operate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
