Working with Commercial, Education, Visual Merchandising and Demand Planning, the role helps deliver launches, campaigns and retail experiences on time, while supporting forecasting, budget management, digital activations and performance reporting. This role is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model of 4 days in-office.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Execution and Retail Activation

  • Coordinate 360° campaign deliverables, ensuring the timely rollout of in-store activations, visibility assets, and online support plans.
  • Own executional elements of collateral production (showcards, shelf talkers, digital screens, and eventing materials), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage on-counter eventing from planning through to execution, collaborating with Education and VM teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Support in creating launch packs to brief Sales, Beauty Advisors, and Field teams on new Go-To-Market plans.
  • Support with activation post-campaign analysis, tracking performance, competitive activity, and learnings to strengthen future activations.
  • Support accurate marketing spend management through ownership of the PO process and budget tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of brand meetings and internal presentations, ensuring all updates and materials are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Product Management and Forecasting

  • Partner with Product Managers and Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasting and calendarization of non-saleable materials (samples, GWPs, collateral).
  • Monitor supply availability and highlight out-of-stock (OOS) issues, along with management of allocation tracking with the Sales team on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Develop usage plans for excess GWPs and stock to drive strong sales results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
